The rough openings will be flashed to protect against dry rot. Improvements to the thirteen (13) similar windows on the north façade will be limited to repainting and miscellaneous hardware repair. The overall appearance of these facades will be unchanged. Improvements to the energy profile of the building will be realized by providing double glazing in the replacement windows.
