Document Description
The City of San Jacinto (City) (as lead agency) has prepared a Draft Mitigated Negative Declaration (Draft MND) to evaluate the environmental effects associated with the proposed Rancho De Alamo Tentative Tract Map 37881 and associated development proposal located northeast of the intersection of Cottonwood Avenue and Cawston Avenue in the City of San Jacinto. The applicant is seeking approval of a Tentative Tract Map (TTM# 37881) to subdivide two parcels into 191 single-family lots, approximately 4,500 square feet each and a Planned Development Permit (PDP). The Project proposes the construction of 191 single-family residences, ranging from 1,600 square feet to 2,800 square feet in size.
