Document Description
Move stockpiled soil at Big Basin Redwoods State Park to restore the topography in the area to a more natural condition and to support the operations to backfill the areas where structures lost to the 2020 CZU Lightning Complex Fire were located. Work will use heavy machinery to remove and transport approximately 1,000 cubic yards of dirt from the stockpile site, located between Jay Camp and Sky Meadow Road, to the former park headquarters area to restore the area’s natural topography and aid in remediation operations.
