Document Description
The project is limited to the demolition and reconstruction of an existing residential pier. The reconstructed pier will be approximately 123 feet in length, with a pierhead thirty (30) feet in length and ten (10) feet in width. Twelve (12) 10 ¾-inch steel piles will be driven into the lakebed. In addition, one (1) steel I-beam will be driven into the lakebed to support the boatlift. Total lakebed disturbance associated with the new piling and I-beam is eight (8) square feet of permanent disturbance. The demolition of the existing pier and reconstruction will be performed from the lake via amphibious barge.
