This project will occur along existing highways and streets and result in minor alterations to land and therefore fit within the CCR Section 15301 and 15304 exemptions. No exceptions exist that preclude the use of an exemption, such as sensitive location, cumulative impact, significant effects on the environment, impacts to scenic highways, activities within a hazardous waste site, or significant adverse change to the significance of any historical resource.
