Document Description
The project will develop an approximately 0.7 mile-long (3,700 linear feet) mountain bike trail within and adjacent to the Augustin Bernal Community Park. In part, the project will replace an existing unofficial user-created trail; it also includes decommissioning of approximately 4,300 linear feet of other existing unofficial user created trails. The new trail would be appropriately engineered to minimize erosion and user risks. Construction will require minor grading and vegetation clearing; decommissioning will include soil rehabilitation and revegetation using a broadcast seed mix.
