The Project is limited to the removal and replacement of a stream with an underground storm drain which would outlet at the downstream end of the drainage on site. The Project activities include removal of riparian vegetation and filling of the onsite stream to widen Lurin Avenue, construct neighborhood streets, extend
subsurface storm drain infrastructure up to the western property line, and construct single family homes, a small park, and a Water Quality Management Plan treatment basin.
