Document Description
East CoCDFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (# EPIMS-SDO-30099-R5) to
the project applicant, East County Advanced Water Purification Joint Powers Authority. The overall project is a potable reuse project that includes the construction of new wastewater and recycled water facilities in the cities of San Diego and Santee, the construction of the 24-inch outer diameter East County AWP pipeline from the Ray Stoyer Water Recycling Facility in Santee to Lake Jennings, and construction of a dechlorination facility, aeration blower building, water feature inlet, and generator at Lake Jennings. This Agreement authorizes individual projects related to the installation of the East County AWP pipeline via open trench construction at 14 locations. No other aspects of the overall project are included in this authorization. Project activities include trimming/removing vegetation, excavating a trench using standard earthmoving equipment, installing pipe, backfilling the excavation, restoring the impacted areas to pre-project
