This exemption allows for the interior or exterior alterations involving such things as interior partitions and electrical conveyances that involve negligible or no expansion of use beyond that existing at the time of the lead agency's determination. All work within the historic parts of the building will comply with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation.
