Document Description
Provide Energy and other upgrades to the Bureau of Automotive repair building at 10233 Systems Parkway to meet Executive Order B-18-12, Title 24, and accessibility requirements. Work includes replacement of the roof, asphalt parking lot, walkways, roof hatch, access ladder, and chain link fence; build new CMU wall along the east side of the property line, build new safety guardrail on the roof, install new sun control film and sun control shades on all the windows, install new canopies in parking lot then install new solar panels and associated operating systems, paint exterior; install instantaneous water heaters at sinks. Other work includes making accessibility improvements to the staff restroom, drinking fountains, and breakroom counters; replacing signage throughout the exterior and interior of the building and remove the grass and planting area (approx. 13,900 sqft) on the north side of the building replace with expanded concrete walkways to additional access.
