The proposed project will include: Converting storage room(s) to breakroom)s), adding window glazing film to 1st and 2nd floor window, glass break alarm to 1st floor windows, five (5) walk through magnetometers and conveyor or fed x-ray machines at three entry locations, courtyard gates with alarm 15 cameras, fire door and card reader for the 6th floor elevator, visitor badging system. The project also proposes to include exterior lattice removal, reconfigure the 6th floor lobby for maglocks at the entry doors, replace daycare fencing, close off 2n, 3rd and 4th floors to the public, convert existing office space to reconfigure 2nd floor public counter, and miscellaneous electrical and mechanical items associated with the work above.
