The Applicant proposes to replace a 200,000-gallon water storage tank with a 210,000-gallon water storage tank at their existing Highway facility on 715 East Foothill Blvd, San Dimas, CA 91773. While the new tank will be 5% lager, the increased size is to allow for sloshing caused by seismic events and is not a capacity increase.
