The project is a request for approval of a Design Review to construct a 237-unit multifamily residential community on 9.7 +/- net acres and a Tentative Parcel Map to remove a “No Vehicular Access” easement on West Oaks Boulevard and to merge the two parcels into a single parcel. The Project would include parking and landscaping as well as indoor and outdoor amenities such as a clubhouse, children’s play area, and swimming pool.
