Document Description
The project is the construction and operation of a utility scale battery energy storage system compromised of lithium-ion batteries and control equipment housed in either a single-story building or a series of purpose-built free-standing enclosures. The project would connect to the existing Southern California Edison (SCE) Laguna Bell substation via a new approximately 0.4-mile long underground electric tie-line to be installed in Garfield Avenue.
