Document Description
The Specific Plan Update will allow up to an additional 3.3 million square feet (sf) of office/R&D, 300,000 sf of industrial, 112,400 sf of retail, 129,700 sf of civic/community, and 53,500 sf of tenant amenity space, as well as 1,600 residential units in the Plan area. On Dec. 3, 2024, the City Council approved the General Plan Amendment (GP24-001) for associated amendments consistent with the Plan Update and introduced an ordinance to adopt the Specific Plan and zoning amendment.
