The proposed project includes the new construction of a 19.96-acre public park in
Paradise, Butte County, California. The park would involve the construction of
information kiosks and signage, picnic areas, USFS Trail Class 2 hiking/biking trails,
bird watching and overlooks, 18’ wide entry road for fire access with a turnaround, 14
parallel parking stalls along the entry road, and a restroom and upgraded privacy
screen. The proposed project would also include drinking fountains, a bike rack, and
benches.
