Document Description
The project is limited to the replacement of an existing floating dock and gangway with a new floating Tiger Dock and gangway. Approximately 22 cubic yards of soil will be excavated from the bank so the new dock will sit closer to the shore. A new 4-foot by 6-foot concrete landing pad will be installed along with a stiff-arm anchor block to secure the new gangway and dock to shore. All excavated soil will be hauled off and disposed of offsite. An existing soil pile will be re-distributed in previously excavated sites away from the shoreline. Disturbed slopes above the dock will be landscaped with groundcover vegetation without the installation of irrigation. The new Tiger Dock will be assembled in place by the property owner using new hardwood. No in-water work will be required for the excavation and installation.
