Document Description
The work to be performed is the repair of a broken 8" AC water line located underground running parallel to the Interstate 5 Northbound Freeway along the shoulder of the Exit 54B off-ramp. Due to the water line being underneath two large trees, the trees will be removed along with some brush surrounding the area.

Therefore, staff has determined that further environmental evaluation is not required per California Code of Regulations Section 15032, Class II, "Replacement or Reconstruction".
