Drill, complete, equip, and connect new Well 7 to city water system. Well 7 replaces Well 3 that was drilled in 1974 as well casing has worn out. Well 3 has been destroyed and Well 7 is constructed approximately 90 feet away. City water customers (residential, commercial, and industrial users) are the beneficiaries of this project.
