Document Description
The scope of work includes installation of a California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) and Federal Railway Administration (FRA)-approved pedestrian grade crossing and warning device at the Oceanside Transit Center. This infrastructure will reduce missed transfers and ensure safe access for passengers transferring between NCTD's SPRINTER and COASTER platforms.
