Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. EPIMS-SBR-42730-R6, pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, the California Department of Transportation, District 8.
The project work at Location 1 is limited to the following activities: installation of a temporary cofferdam; extension of an existing approximate 80-foot-long by 24-inch- diameter corrugated steel pipe triple barrel culvert by eight feet on the upstream side, and four feet on the downstream side; installation of concrete collars; removal and replacement of concrete headwalls, grouted rock slope protection (RSP), and type-d dikes; removal, milling, recycling, and repaving of the existing roadbed with rubberized hot mix asphalt; installation of signage, lane markings, and rumble strips. The project work at Location 2, 3, and 4 is limited to the following activities: grading within the Caltrans Right of Way up to eight feet beyond the existing road edge; expansion of road shoulders; removal, milling, recycling, and repaving of the existing roadbed with rubberized hot mix asphalt; installation of shoulder backing; installation of signage, lane markings, and rumble strips; and remediation of the project areas.
