Document Description
The Proposed Project will consist of the construction of a 252,547 square-foot, one story distribution warehouse building (Building A), associated parking, and minor landscaping on the 20.6-acre site. Improvements within the project site include construction of a public waterline connection in the northwest and southeast corners, a flood basin outfall on the northern portion of the site, a flood control basin along the western boundary, and a weir on the northern end of the flood control basin. The constructed flood basin is proposed to replace all impacted areas of the 100-year floodplain within the project site and the 100-year floodplain will be remapped with Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
