Document Description
The Waterman Brinkman Logistics Center Project (proposed project) would include construction of two one-story industrial/flex buildings within two lots (Lot A and Lot B). Building A, located on Lot A, would be approximately 252,503 square feet and Building B, located on Lot B, would be approximately 164,900 square feet. Additionally, the project would include an 8.92-acre-foot flood control detention basin as well as an access road on the western portion of Lot A. A 20-foot-wide maintenance road/trail would be provided north of Lot A, along Elk Grove Creek. The maintenance road is planned by the City for future development as a multi-use trail. Implementation of the proposed project would require a Major Design Review and approval of a Tree Removal Permit.
