Document Description
CH Fuel Inc. is proposing improvements within the California Department of Transportation’s (Caltrans) right-of-way along State Route 299 in Trinity County at post mile 51.98 in the community of Weaverville. The proposed improvements include modifying two existing driveways along the eastbound lane that provide access to Weaverville Gas to comply with current Americans with Disability Act (ADA) standards. Stormwater and road runoff would collect in a gutter at the entrance to the two driveways and would be conveyed to the northwest before entering an existing storm drain. Caltrans will issue an encroachment permit (0222-6RM-0041) to allow the proposed improvements to occur within the right-of-way of State Route 299.
