Document Description
The Project is proposed by the City of Whittier to respond to necessary repairs and improvements to the existing Murphy West Reservoir and Murphy East Reservoir, by replacing both reservoirs with a single larger reservoir. The purpose of the project is to facilitate the City's ability to continue providing a clean, reliable water supply to its residents. Implementation of the proposed project would include demolishing the existing reservoirs, constructing a new reservoir, and replacing all other site infrastructure.
