Document Description
The City of Grover Beach is proposing to amend its Development Code (Article IX of the Grover Beach Municipal Code), Land Use Element (LUE) of the General Plan, and Local Coastal Program (LCP) in order to implement programs identified in the 2020-2028 Housing Element that was adopted in November 2020, including Senate Bill 2 (SB 2) Planning Grants programs. The Housing Element programs are the specific actions the City must undertake to implement the Housing Element within two years of adoption and requires the City to update its General Plan LUE, Development Code, and Local Coastal Program.
