Document Description
A mixed-use project on the SCS Property consisting of up to 265,000 square feet of commercial uses and 650 residential units. The proposed project is based on the Preferred Plan approved by City Council on February 15, 2022 which includes two types of retail experiences. The first is a more neighborhood main street experience along an extended Finnian Way. The second is envisioned to be a more regional retail experience, focused on entertainment uses, south of Dublin Boulevard. The project application includes a General Plan/Eastern Dublin Specific Plan Amendment, Planned Development with Stage 1 and Stage 2 Development Plan and Development Agreement.
