The proposed Project would restore 485 acres of meadow and meadow edge habitat, of which 335 acres are open meadow and 150 acres are dominated by conifer. There are four categories that the proposed Project would target: stream channel restoration, conifer treatment, road improvements, and recreation improvements. The Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board is issuing a CWA Section 401 Water Quality Certification for the Project.
