Issue a Right of Entry (ROE) Permit to the Water Forum to access Folsom Lake State Recreation Area for the purpose of transporting equipment and vehicles across State Park property to dredger tailing piles located on Bureau of Reclamation's land along the Mississippi Bar area of the park unit. Work will comply with all State and Federal environmental laws, including but not limited to the Endangered Species Act, California Environmental Quality Act, Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code, and all conditions identified in the Right of Entry Permit; and be coordinated with the Gold Field District's staff as identified in the Right of Entry Permit.
