Final EIR for the Viejas East Garage Project. The Project is an approximately 2,600-parking space, 7-level East Garage, located adjacent to the existing Viejas Casino. The garage would have a base footprint of approximately 150,000 square feet. Approximately 397 parking spaces would be lost to the structure, resulting in a net increase of 2,203 spaces. The Project site is approximately 3.7 acres in size. The East Garage would be built on a currently developed and paved area north of the Casino.
