Document Description
The project is limited to the building of a private use pier with a boatlift. The pilings will be 10 3/4" in diameter and driven to a depth of 6’ into the lake bottom. The steel beams that are attached to the piling will support 4x6x120 foot steel joists. Alaskan yellow cedar decking will be used as the decking surface. Caissons will be installed around the piling. All debris and staging will be contained on a floating amphibious barge. All material transport will be via barge and loaded/offloaded at Donner Lake Marina.
