Document Description
A proposal to expand an existing poultry farm located at 16445 Laurel Ave., Stratford, APN 026-200-010. The expansion proposes to increase the number of chickens to be raised from approximately 250,000 to 1,700,000 at one time at the existing “Huffmon” Ranch. The proposal includes the construction of forty-three (43) new chicken barns (54’ x 500’ x 15’) and three (3) additional residences for farm employees. This Conditional Use Permit application is a resubmittal of a previously approved project (Conditional Use Permit No. 21-02) which has since expired. The proposed project has not changed from the original submittal.
