The Project site is located northerly of Cottonwood Avenue, primarily northeasterly of the intersection of Cottonwood Avenue and Watson Way. The Project site is approximately 9 acres and is proposing the development of twenty-three (23) residential buildings (4-plex) on the site, with a total of ninety-two (92) 3-bedroom townhome units. There is also a leasing/management unit proposed at the southwestern portion of the site. The Project includes an internal recreation center, as well as landscape areas throughout for passive and active recreation. 289 parking spaces will be provided.
