Document Description
Construct and operate a new District 5 maintenance station and equipment shop and associated site improvements on state-owned property (APN 076-071016) at 4485 Vachell Lane. After construction is complete, the project proposes to relocate the existing facilities, equipment, and employees of the District 5 Maintenance Station and Equipment Shop currently located at 66 Madonna Road and 50 Higuera Street. The project will construct and operate a new onsite water well system and a new onsite sewer system, in San Luis Obispo County.
