Reasons for Exemption
The project involves the division of property in urbanized areas zoned for residential use into four or fewer parcels, the division is in conformance with the General Plan and zoning, no variances or exceptions are required, all services and access to the proposed parcels consistent with County of Sacramento standards are available. The parent parcel was not involved in a land division of a larger parcel within the last two years, and the parcel does not have an average slope greater than 20 percent. The project is not listed on any list of hazardous waste sites compiled pursuant to Section 65962.5 of the Government Code, is not located within the vicinity or viewshed of a scenic resource, and would not result in an impact to a biological resource, cultural resource, or another environmental resource. For these reasons, the project is exempt from the provisions of CEQA.
