Document Description
The proposed Project would include the replacement of existing outdoor athletic facilities on the Campus with new and improved facilities as well as the redevelopment of the Hawthorne Aquatics Facility. The Project would replace the football/soccer, softball, and multi-use fields; add a new synthetic track; new bleachers; reconfigure the existing baseball field; add new basketball courts; add new a new team room/concessions building; add LED field lighting; add an ADA accessible parking space; and upgrade the existing storm drain system and utilities. In addition, the District would acquire the Hawthorne Aquatics Facility and would include the renovation of the pool, deck, public seating, and locker rooms. The Project site is not on any lists under section 65962.5 of the Government Code. See attached resolution for further details.
