Document Description
The proposed project would include construction of a two-story, U-shaped building celebrating the 1960 Winter Olympics and history of winter sports in the Sierra Nevada. The building would consist of up to 20,000 square feet (sf) with a maximum height of 30 feet, as well as outdoor gathering spaces and amenities. The building would include the following components:
Museum of Olympic History and Sierra Nevada Ski History (Museum), Cultural Community Center, Event Center, Visitor Center, Cafe' and Museum Shop.
