Document Description
The project includes Use Permit and Design Review approval for a Recreational Vehicle (RV) and Boat Storage Facility capped with a solar roof/shade structure on a 12.5 acre site. The facility will consist of 191,920 square feet of solar-covered canopies, a 1,243 square foot office building with an attached one-car garage and six customer parking stalls. Parking stalls for up to 30 boats and RVs (depending on size of vehicles and vessels stored) will be located underneath the solar-covered canopies. The facility would be situated on approximately 10 acres of the site plus stormwater bioswales, while the balance of 2.5 acres, a wetland and hillside, would remain undeveloped.
