Currently the project area is developed with two detached commercial buildings, drive aisles, sidewalks, parking spaces, and landscaping. The two buildings are operating as Bank of America and Pacific Western Bank. The project proposes to divide the single parcel into two individual lots for future sale. The two parcels will be equal in area, each encompassing 0.71 acres.
