The proposed service area expansion includes large areas in central and western San Mateo County, generally west of Skyline Blvd. The District service area would expand from approximately 160,000 to about 210,000 acres, including areas of Half Moon Bay, Pacifica, San Bruno, Portola Valley, Woodside, Daly City, and unincorporated San Mateo County.
