The project entails the replacement of existing culverts at 12 locations along De Luz Road. The improvements will consist of replacing 12 existing corrugated metal pipes with new reinforced concrete piping. Culverts at two of the locations will be upsized to better accommodate flows. The proposed project will also include installation of flared end sections and installation of headwalls and endwalls where needed.
