Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), using state funds only as part of the Clean California Enhancement Program, proposes to provide landscaping and landscape irrigation along State Route 89 in the downtown portion of Greenville that was devastated by the Dixie Fire. The Clean California Program is intended to help beautify areas of the State right-of-way. The proposed project consists of replacing trees and vegetation lost during the Dixie Fire to assist the town of Greenville in fire recovery efforts.
