Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), using state funds, proposes to create a disposal site for earthen material within the existing Right of Way on the northbound side of State Route (SR) 89. The purpose is to create a disposal site within the state right of way. There is a need to create a disposal site as they are difficult to obtain in the area. The shoulder will be filled in lifts to match the existing grade of the road.
