Document Description
A SITE DEVELOPMENT PERMIT (SDP), COASTAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT (CDP), AND PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERM IT (PDP) to amend the existing SDP/CDP/PD P (PTS 556056, 3115 Merryfield Row and 3013-3033
Science Park Road) and CDP-96775 (3545 Cray Court), to allow construction of a new landscaping path leading to a new 164-foot-long pedestrian bridge to be located over the finger canyon separating 3013, 3033, 3035 Science Park Road and
3545 Cray Court. The PDP Is required to request deviations to allow the bridge structure within the side and rear setback. The SDP Is required due to the presence of on-site Environmentally Sensitive Lands {ESL) per San Diego Municipal Code
(SDMC) 126.0502(a)(5) In addition to development within the Community Plan Implementation overlay Zone (CPIOZ·B) per SDMC Table 132-148. The CDP is required to allow construction of the proposed bridge within the coastal zone per SDMC 26.0704(a)(7). The pedestrian bridge Is proposed to provide access and enhanced connectivity between the Spectrum buildings at 3013, 3033, and 3035 Science Park Road and the Spectrum V building at 3545 Cray Court.
