Document Description
The Project involves the installation of approximately 850 linear feet of 12-inch PVC water main in the public Right of Way and on a Sweetwater Authority easement. Other appurtenances located in the vicinity will also be installed. Hydraulic directional boring would be used for installation of water main within the easement, for a distance of approximately 380 feet. The Project replaces and installs new critical water mains to help minimize the potential for future leaks and failures, and to improve the overall function of the distribution system. The Project benefits Sweetwater Authority customers and the water district.
