Document Description
The 24600 Thousand Peaks Road Residential Project (“project”) consists of the construction, use, and maintenance of a two-story, single-family residence on a previously graded pad (circa 1988-1990), within a 486,266 square-foot (11.16 acre) lot (“project site” or “subject property”) as shown on Figure 2, Site Plan. The project site is associated with Assessor Parcel Number (APN) 4455-052-002. The proposed floor area of the residence is 5,278 square feet (SF) for the first floor, 2,027 SF for the second floor, and 3,498 SF for the basement, for a total of 10,803 SF of built floor area. The Project would result in a total disturbed area of 29,208 SF (0.67 acre) (“limits of disturbance”). 16,523 SF (0.38 acre) of the proposed limits of disturbance are within the previously graded pad.
