Document Description
The GGRP Update is a planning document that seeks to establish strategies for reducing municipal and community-wide GHG emissions consistent with the State’s requirement to meet the GHG reduction goals as stipulated in AB 32, SB 32, and Executive Order B-55-18. Additionally, the quantitative efficiency threshold was developed for use in evaluating whether a plan or project’s GHG emissions would result in a potentially significant environmental impact under CEQA for plans or projects with pre-2030 build out or initial operation years.
