Document Description
The proposed project would demolish and replace the existing swimming pool, pool deck, pool equipment; refurbish the existing bathhouse; and construct a new splash pad adjacent to the pool fence. The proposed Project involves minor alterations of systems serving existing facilities, reconstruction of existing utility facilities involving negligible or no expansion of capacity and construction of minor structures accessory to institutional facilities. Therefore, it is categorically exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Article III, Section 1, Class 1(2), Class 2(3) and Class 11(6) of City CEQA Guidelines as well as to Article 19, Section 15301(b), 15302(c) and 15303(e) of California CEQA Guidelines.
