Document Description
The proposed project is a Use Permit for a commercial stable with a maximum of 30 horses, including 6 owned by the property owners and 22 boarded, allowing private small group riding lessons with a maximum of 4 riders at a time and two trainers. 10-15 lessons will be held per day, which will be held simultaneously and not exceed hours of operation. The proposed project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the CEQA Guidelines pursuant to the Provisions of Title 14 of the California Administrative Code, Section 15301 (Existing Facilities) because the project consists of the operation of existing private structure, involving negligible expansion of existing use, and 15303 (Conversion of Small Structures) because it provides for the conversion of accessory structures involving minor modifications. No exceptions listed under Section 15300.2 apply. There is no reasonable possibility that the project would have a significant effect on the environment.
