The Project consists of the design, engineering and construction of a proposed 12-unit affordable housing development to include 11 NPLH units; all units are limited to low-income households, located on the east side of Covey Street, approximately 1085 north of Roberts Lane (zoned R-2, Parcel Number: 114-181-10). The site is close to amenities, including public transit, grocery stores, a pharmacy and parks.
